1. PRE-LAUNCH STATUS
This website describes the current vision, planned modules, potential access options, pilot concepts, and illustrative economics for Squared Away Nation (“SAN”). The platform and many features described here are still being developed, tested, or evaluated. Joining the Formation or prospective-member manifest expresses interest and permission to receive communications; it does not create a paid membership, guarantee admission to a pilot, promise a launch date, or create a contract for future services.
2. PROSPECTIVE-MEMBER ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATION
The general Formation newsletter is open to supporters and interested members of the public. The prospective-member path is reserved for a person who certifies that they are currently serving on active duty, in the National Guard, or in the Reserves; or that they are a veteran of the United States Armed Forces or Coast Guard who left service with an Honorable discharge. Submitting the certification is a statement by the applicant, not completed verification by SAN. SAN may require documentation or an approved verification method before activating member access and may deny or revoke access when information is false, incomplete, unverifiable, or inconsistent with eligibility requirements.
3. INFORMATION—NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Website, newsletter, community, artificial-intelligence-assisted, and partner content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, insurance, tax, employment, or other professional advice. It does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or similar professional relationship. 4. BENEFITS NAVIGATION
SAN Pathfinder and related concepts may help members organize questions, discover resources, and identify possible next steps. They do not determine eligibility, prepare an official benefits decision, guarantee an award, or replace an accredited veterans service officer, attorney, claims agent, government representative, or official application process. Rules, deadlines, and program availability can change. Verify important information with the responsible agency or a qualified representative.
5. INDEPENDENCE AND GOVERNMENT NON-AFFILIATION
SAN is an independent veteran-focused platform. Unless a specific written partnership says otherwise, SAN is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, any military branch, or any other federal, state, or local government agency. Government names, seals, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. COMMUNITY, PEERS, AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Future SAN community features are intended to support connection and practical peer assistance, not clinical care. Members, volunteers, moderators, businesses, nonprofits, and other participants may not be licensed professionals and are not automatically bound by professional confidentiality rules. No online or group environment can guarantee confidentiality. Share only what you are comfortable disclosing, protect operational and personal security, and never post classified, controlled, sensitive, or third-party private information.
7. PARTNERS, RESOURCES, PERKS, AND THIRD PARTIES
A listing, link, match, offer, discount, referral, spotlight, or resource does not by itself constitute SAN endorsement, certification, warranty, or a guarantee of quality, availability, safety, licensing, or results. Third parties control their own services, privacy practices, eligibility rules, inventory, pricing, and terms. Offers may change or end. Members should perform their own due diligence before relying on a provider, making a purchase, donating, applying for a benefit, accepting employment, or sharing information.
SAN may eventually receive sponsorship, advertising, referral, cohort, transaction, or other compensation. Material commercial relationships should be disclosed where they appear.
