1. ACCEPTANCE
By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the SAN Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not submit information or use the site beyond reviewing publicly available material.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The current signup forms are intended for people age 18 or older who can provide accurate information and consent to communications. The general Formation newsletter is open to supporters. The prospective-member path requires the applicant to certify that they are currently serving on active duty, in the National Guard, or in the Reserves; or that they are a veteran of the United States Armed Forces or Coast Guard who left service with an Honorable discharge. SAN may require verification before activating member access. The rally feature permits a prospective member to request one SAN referral email to a limited number of people the member knows personally and reasonably believes would welcome the invitation. Purchased lists, scraped addresses, strangers, repeated invitations, harassment, misleading referrals, and unlawful contact are prohibited. Member-initiated texting and sharing occur through the member’s own device.
3. PRE-LAUNCH INTEREST—NOT MEMBERSHIP
Joining the Formation or prospective-member manifest records interest and communication consent. It does not create a paid account, ownership interest, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, entitlement, guaranteed pilot position, or obligation for SAN to launch any feature. No payment is collected through these forms.
4. PERMITTED USE
You may use the site for lawful personal or organizational information and early-access registration. You may not attempt unauthorized access; interfere with operation or security; scrape or harvest personal information; submit malicious code; impersonate another person or organization; make false military, business, nonprofit, or professional claims; violate intellectual-property or privacy rights; or use SAN to threaten, exploit, discriminate against, defraud, or harm anyone.
5. FUTURE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
Future SAN community features will require additional conduct, moderation, safety, verification, content, and enforcement rules. SAN may remove content, restrict access, preserve evidence, or contact appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, legal rights, or public safety. Verification supports trust but does not guarantee character, expertise, conduct, or outcomes.
6. COMMUNICATIONS
When you opt in, SAN may send essential prospective-member next steps plus the optional categories you select, such as newsletters and veteran resources, product-testing invitations, advisory panels and surveys, employment opportunities, local events, volunteer missions, veteran-business opportunities, and Patriot Perks or partner offers. When connected, Mailchimp manages SAN’s opted-in email delivery, preferences, and unsubscribe process. Separately, SAN may send one referral invitation requested by a prospective member to a known personal contact. That message does not subscribe the recipient, provides a referral opt-out, and receives no automated SAN follow-up unless the recipient personally joins. Message frequency for opted-in contacts may vary. You may change preferences or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Standard carrier or internet charges may apply.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIPS
Third-party links, businesses, nonprofits, agencies, discounts, products, job opportunities, programs, and resources are governed by their own terms. SAN is not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, availability, eligibility decisions, or content. SAN may receive compensation from disclosed sponsorship, advertising, referral, transaction, research, cohort, or commercial relationships.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The SAN name, logos, site design, original text, graphics, and other SAN materials are owned by or licensed to SAN and protected by applicable law. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, alter, sell, imply endorsement, or create confusingly similar branding without written permission. Third-party marks belong to their owners.
9. NO PROFESSIONAL OR EMERGENCY SERVICE
The site does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, insurance, tax, employment, or official benefits advice and is not monitored for emergencies. See the SAN Disclaimer for the full boundaries and crisis contacts.
10. DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the current site, content, communications, and pre-launch functions are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of availability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, or results. SAN does not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAN and its operators, team members, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the current site, reliance on general information, third-party conduct, or unauthorized access. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow SAN to exclude.
12. CHANGES, SUSPENSION, AND SEVERABILITY
SAN may update, suspend, or discontinue the site, signup paths, content, plans, or these terms. Updated terms become effective when posted unless law requires another process. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. SAN’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
13. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by applicable United States law, subject to mandatory rights in your jurisdiction. Final platform membership terms may identify additional venue, dispute-resolution, and governing-law provisions before platform access is offered.
